1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap Support and then Support tickets
2. Tap Start a new ticket
SweTrack Live for browser
1. Log in to your SweTrack Live account at www.swetrack.com/live.
2. Click on Settings
- On computer: click on Settings in the menu on the left
- On mobile: tap the menu (hamburger menu) and select Settings
3. Click on Support and then Support tickets
4. Click on Start ticket
