If you want to change your price plan, you can easily do this via the mobile app or web app.
If you upgrade your data plan to a higher plan, the new price plan will be activated immediately and you will pay the difference for the number of days remaining until the next renewal.
If you downgrade to a lower plan, the new price plan will be activated on the next renewal date.
Mobile app:
- Open the SweTrack Live app on your mobile. If you haven't downloaded the app, you can do so via the App Store or Google Play.
- Log in with your credentials.
- Go to the device page and select your device.
- Click the "Data plan " button and then "Modify". Then follow the on-screen instructions.
Web app:
- Go to the web app www.swetrack.com/live and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the "Data plans" page. If you are using a computer, click the icon that looks like a card in the menu on the left. If you are using a mobile device, tap the hamburger menu and select "Data plans".
- Click "Modify" and select the data plan that suits you. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
