If your vehicle or tracked object is stolen, you can activate stolen mode for your device. When stolen mode is active, a link is generated that shows the device’s real-time location on a map, without the recipient needing to log in to your account. The link can, for example, be shared with the police.
Use the link responsibly and only share it with people or authorities you trust.
How to Activate Stolen Mode in the Mobile App
Open Settings
Tap Devices
Select the device you want to activate stolen mode for
Tap Stolen Mode
Turn on the switch Activate
When stolen mode is activated, you can share the link in two ways:
Tap Stolen mode link and copy the link
Go back to the device overview and tap the Stolen Mode box to copy or share the link
Add Additional Details (Optional)
In stolen mode, you can also add information that helps identify the device.
Open Stolen Mode
Tap Additional Details
Add a photo and write a short description
Tap Save
How to Deactivate Stolen Mode in the Mobile App
Open the device and go to Stolen Mode
Turn off the switch Activate
You can also open the Stolen Mode box in the device overview and tap Turn Off.

Open Settings:
On computer: click Settings in the menu on the left
On mobile: tap the menu (the hamburger menu) and select Settings
Click Devices
Select the device you want to activate stolen mode for
Open Stolen Mode
Turn on Activate
Copy the Stolen mode link and share it if needed, for example with the police
Add Additional Details (Optional)
In the Stolen Mode view, open Additional Details
Add a photo and write a short description
Click Save

Go to Settings → Devices → select device
Open Stolen Mode
Turn off Activate
