In SweTrack Live, you can choose to receive push notifications when your device registers a certain event. You decide which notifications should be sent and can change the settings at any time.
In this article, we show you where to find and adjust your notification settings, both in the mobile app and in the web app. Please note that all events registered by the device are always displayed in the alarm list under Alarm in the app, regardless of which push notifications you have enabled.
SweTrack Live for Mobile
1. Tap Settings
2. Tap Device Notifications.
3. Select the events you want to be notified about. Note that not all notification events are applicable for all devices. See the list below for explanations of the events.
Tip: If you have multiple devices on the same account, you can choose different notifications for different devices by tapping "Notifications per device".
Tip: You can set specific sounds that will play each time you receive a notification. Choose a sound under "Notification Sound"
SweTrack Live for Browser
1. Log in to your SweTrack Live account at www.swetrack.com/live.
2. Click on Settings
- On computer: click on Settings in the menu to the left
- On mobile: tap the menu (the hamburger menu) and select Settings
3. Click on Notifications
4. Select the events you want to be notified about. Note that not all notification events are applicable for all devices. See the list below for explanations of the events.

Explanation of Notification Events
Awake - Sends a push notification when the device has woken up from its sleep mode. This is usually in connection with new movement/vibration being detected or the device searching for updates.
Asleep - Sends a push notification when the device disconnects from the network and stops sending position data. This usually happens when the device has been stationary and enters sleep mode (power saving mode).
Ignition on (only models with external power supply) - Sends a notification when the device detects voltage on the ignition cable, meaning the ignition has been turned on (note that this only works if the orange cable is connected to the ignition)
Ignition off (only models with external power supply) - Sends a notification when the device detects a loss of voltage on the ignition cable, meaning the ignition has been turned off (note that this only works if the orange cable is connected to the ignition)
Geofence enter - Sends a notification when the device enters a defined geofence.
Geofence exit - Sends a notification when the device exits a defined geofence.
Speed alarm - Sends a notification when the device exceeds a predefined speed limit.
Vibration alarm - Sends a notification when the device is awake and detects a vibration.
Low battery - Sends a notification when the battery level of the device is low.
External power alarm (only models with external battery supply) - Sends a notification when the power to the device has been cut.
Light change (only battery-powered models) - Sends a notification when the device's light sensor detects light exposure.
Temperature (only for Maxi and Maxi+) - Sends a notification when the device's temperature sensor measures a value that exceeds or falls below a predefined value. You set this value by going to Settings - Devices - Temperature Alarm.
Humidity (only for Maxi and Maxi+) - Sends a notification when the device's humidity sensor measures a value that exceeds or falls below a predefined value. You set this value by going to Settings - Devices - Humidity Alarm.
