If you have terminated the data plan for a device and regret this, you can reactivate the data plan again:
If the data plan's end date has not passed:
- Go to the web app www.swetrack.com/live and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the "Data Plans" page. If you are using a computer, click the icon that looks like a card in the menu on the left. If you are using a mobile device, tap the hamburger menu and select "Data Plans".
- Click "Device Statuses". Then select the device you want to terminate and click "Activate".
The data plan(s) will now be terminated after the current period ends.
If the data plan's end date has passed and the data plan has been completely terminated:
- Go to the web app www.swetrack.com/live and log in to your account. If you do not have an account, click “Register”, follow the instructions, and log in.
- Navigate to the "Data Plans" page. If you are using a computer, click the icon that looks like a card in the menu on the left. If you are using a mobile device, tap the hamburger menu and select "Data Plans".
- Click “Add Card” and enter your card details. If you already have the card entered, skip this step and go directly to step 4.
- Click "Activate" and choose the data plan that suits you. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
