You may sometimes want to pause your data plan, if, for example, the device is used for tracking a boat that's not in use over the winter. Thanks to our flexible subscription terms, you can cancel your data plan at any time meaning you will not be charged for a new month until you decide to re-enable the data plan.
To cancel the data plan, do the following:
1. Go to the web app www.swetrack.com/live and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the "Data Plans" page. If you're using a computer, click on the icon that looks like a card in the menu on the left. If you're using a mobile device, tap the hamburger menu and then select "Data Plans".
3. Click the "Deactivate" button. Then select the device you want to deactivate and click "Proceed".
