Once you have activated a data plan for your product, an automated process is started which means that the device's built-in SIM card must be activated at the mobile operators so that the device can connect to the network and start reporting its location to you. This usually takes no more than 10-20 minutes, but can sometimes take up to an hour if the system has a very large number of devices to activate.
If your product has not started working within an hour, try shaking the product outdoors or take a ride with the vehicle in which the product is mounted. This can sometimes help because some products have a power saving mode, which means that they only report data when the device is in motion. If this does not help, please contact SweTrack Support and provide the device's IMEI number.
