The data plan comes without a notice period, which means that you can choose to end your active month at any time to then activate your data plan again at a later stage.
To cancel the data plan, do the following:
- Go to the web app www.swetrack.com/live and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the "Data Plans" page. If you are using a computer, click the icon that looks like a card in the menu on the left. If you are using a mobile device, tap the hamburger menu and select "Data Plans".
- Click on "Device Statuses". Then select the device you want to terminate and click on "Cancel data plan".
The data plan(s) will now be terminated at the end of the current period.
