For those of you who pay with automatic credit card debiting, the monthly debits are made on a rolling 30-day basis from the time you first activate your data plan. Therefore, make sure that the card is open for internet purchases and that it has coverage on the card during the period when the system will charge you. If you need to update your card details, see the article about updating card details.
To further clarify how the debits are made, here is an example;
John has bought a SweTrack Lite and installed it to his motorcycle, he now wants to be able to track the vehicle when the motorcycle is in movement. John activates a data plan on 12th January at 12.00, John's device will now be active and able to report its position until 12th February at 12.00. If John cancels his data plan sometime before 12th February at 11.59, no renewal will be made and John has only paid for one month.
If you are a corporate customer and pay against an invoice, you will receive your invoice at the end of the month, usually the last working day of each month. All invoices from us have a 30-day due date.
