We offer invoice payment as an alternative to card payment for business customers.
Business customers and the public sector
Business customers can choose to pay the monthly fee by invoice. We can only offer this to customers with a minimum of 50 units. In that case, contact us at support@swetrack.com and attach the IMEI numbers of the units concerned, as well as complete billing information including organization number. The invoice will be sent via email.
Credit checks
We reserve the right to, without prior notice, obtain a customary credit report on all customers with whom we initiate a billing relationship, both private individuals and legal entities.
Cancellations for businesses
When you as a business customer pay monthly for your product with us by invoice, it is not possible to cancel the data plan through a web service. Therefore, you need to email your cancellation to ekonomi@swetrack.com when you no longer wish to use the service.
