We offer invoice payment as an alternative to card payment. The terms that apply depend on whether you are a corporate customer or a private customer; please see below.
Corporate customers and the public sector
Corporate customers who have a minimum of 100 devices/products can choose to pay the monthly fee against an invoice. If this is something that you want for your company, contact us at support@swetrack.com and attach the IMEI numbers of the device(s) to which the case relates, as well as complete invoicing information including organization number. The invoice is sent via email.
Private individuals
If you are a private individual we currently don't have any options to offer any payments by invoice.
Credit information
We reserve the right to obtain customary credit information on all customers with whom we initiate an invoicing relationship with, without notice, both private customers and legal entities.
Terminations for companies
When you as a corporate customer pay monthly for your product via an invoice, it is not possible to cancel the data plan through our web service. You therefore need to email your termination to ekonomi@swetrack.com when you no longer want to use the service.
