If you intend to transfer your SweTrack device to another person's ownership, please follow this checklist to make sure that the new owner can get started with the device:
-
Cancel your data plan so that you are not charged unnecessarily. This must also be done in order for the new user to be able to create their own data plan. If you pay with automatic credit card debiting, you cancel the data plan yourself by following the steps in the article: cancel a data plan. If you are a corporate customer and by invoice, contact our support at support@swetrack.com to stop future invoicing. Please note that we never refund monthly fees when changing ownership - this also applies if you are a private individual and have prepaid x number of months through invoice payment.
-
Remove the device from your SweTrack Live account.
- Ensure that the new owner receives all documentation that shipped with the product as well as any accessories that came with the device.
After going through the checklist above, the new user can create a new account and activate a new data plan.
