SweTrack Live for mobile
- Open the sidebar menu (the icon with three horizontal lines).
- Tap Settings.
- Press Support, and under "Contact support" select the device to which the matter relates, category, and describe your problem.
- Press Send.
SweTrack Live for web browser
- Log in to your SweTrack Live account at www.swetrack.com/live.
- Click Settings in the side menu (the cogwheel icon).
- Click on Support, and under "Contact support," select the device to which the case relates, category, and describe your problem.
- Click Send.
