Through SweTrack Live, you can receive alarm notifications when your device generates a specific event. You can freely choose which push notifications you want to appear.
Note that regardless of what notification you have chosen to activate, all alarms that the device registers will appear in the alarm list in the alarm-section of the app.
SweTrack Live for mobile
- Open the side menu (the icon with three horizontal lines).
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Notification Settings.
- Select the events for which you want to be notified. Note that not all notification events are applicable to all devices. See list below for explanation of events.
Tip: If you have several devices on the same account, you can choose different notifications for different devices by pressing "Notifications per device".
Tip: You can set specific sounds that will sound each time you receive a notification. Select sound under "Notification sound"
SweTrack Live for web browser
- Log in to your SweTrack Live account at www.swetrack.com/live.
- Click Settings in the side menu (the cogwheel icon).
- Click on Account Settings.
- Select the events for which you want to be notified. Note that not all notification events are applicable to all devices. See list below for explanation of events.

Explanation of notification events
Online - Sends a notification when the device connects to the network and sends position data. This is usually in connection with a new movement/vibration being noticed or the device looking for updates.
Offline - Sends a notification when the device disconnects from the network and stops sending out location data. This usually occurs in connection with the device being stationary for more than 10 minutes and entering sleep mode (power saving mode).
Ignition on (external power source models only) - Sends a notification when the device detects voltage on the ignition wire, i.e. the ignition has been turned on (note this only works if the orange wire is connected to the ignition).
Ignition off (external power source models only) - Sends a notification when the device detects a voltage loss on the ignition cable, i.e. the ignition has been turned off (note that this only works if the orange cable is connected to the ignition).
Geofence in - Sends a notification when the device has entered a defined geofence.
Geofence out - Sends a notification when the device leaves a defined geofence.
Speeding - Sends a notification when the device exceeds a predefined speed limit.
Vibration (external power source models only) - Sends a notification when the device detects vibration.
Low battery- Send a notification when the battery level of the device is low.
Power cut (external power source models only) - Sends a notification when power to the device has been lost. Note that this alarm differs from the power switch feature available for SweTrack Plus/Lite+.
Light (battery-powered models only) - Sends a notification when the device's light sensor detects a light exposure.
Temperature (Maxi+ only) - Sends a notification when the device's temperature sensor measures a value that exceeds or falls below a predefined value. You can set this value by going to Settings -> Devices -> Temperature.
Humidity (Maxi+ only) - Sends a notification when the device's humidity sensor measures a value that exceeds or falls below a predefined value. You can set this value by going to Settings -> Devices -> Humidity.
