SweTrack Live for mobile
Remove a device for which you are the main owner:
1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap Devices.
3. Select the device you want to remove.
4. Tap Remove device
5. Hold the button Hold to remove device
If you have not canceled your data plan, an error message will appear. Cancel your data plan by going to the data plans page and then try removing the device again.
Remove a device that is shared with you:
If you want to remove a device that is shared with you, follow the same steps as above.
The main owner of the device will still be able to see the device on their account and no history will be deleted.
SweTrack Live for web browser
Remove a device for which you are the main owner:
1. Log in to your SweTrack Live account at www.swetrack.com/live.
2. Click on Settings
- On computer: click on Settings in the menu on the left
- On mobile: tap the menu (the hamburger menu) and select Settings
3. Click on Devices.
4. Select the device you want to remove.
5. Click on Delete device.
If you have not canceled your data plan, an error message will appear. Cancel your data plan under Data plans and follow the steps again.
Remove a device that is shared with you:
If you want to remove a device that is shared with you, follow the same steps as above.
The main owner of the device will still be able to see the device on their account and no history will be deleted.
