We accept all debit and credit cards from any of the following card networks:
- American Express
- Maestro
- MasterCard
- VISA
Prepaid debit cards that can be purchased at retail (eg Paygoo) work fine as long as they are connected to one of the card networks above.
The following cards are not supported:
- VISA Electron
- Diners Club
Make sure your card is unlocked for internet payments before activating your data plan. Keep in mind that the card must be unlocked for online purchases permanently, as the automatic debits made to your data plan each month are classified as an online purchase.
Information about secure card payments
Due to new EU legislation, you may need to undergo two-step verification when making a card purchase with us. You will then be taken to a verification page Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode or American Express SafeKey. Once you have undergone the two-step verification, the purchase is processed as usual.
