If your product does not work properly, we ask you to go through the following checklist:
- Read any accompanying documentation carefully and also look through the section here in the support center that concerns the product you have purchased. Look especially under the section Troubleshooting for your specific product - You can often find the answer to your question there.
- If you are unable to remedy the problem yourself, contact us at support@swetrack.com and attach all information about the product such as IMEI number, date of purchase, place of purchase, etc.
In most cases, we can easily solve the problem as we have the ability to control the majority of our products remotely and thus can do a complete troubleshooting without having access to the product physically. However, you may need to send in the product for examination, if so we will give you instructions by email.
