We offer invoice payment as an alternative to card payment. The terms that apply depend on whether you are a corporate customer or a private customer; please see below.
Corporate customers and the public sector
Corporate customers who have a minimum of 100 devices/products can choose to pay the monthly fee against an invoice. If this is something that you want for your company, contact us at email@example.com and attach the IMEI numbers of the device(s) to which the case relates, as well as complete invoicing information including organization number. You can choose to receive the invoice via e-mail or as an e-invoice. The invoicing options e-mail and e-invoice are free of charge. If you currently pay the monthly fee via debit / credit card, we will of course help you cancel your current payment method if you wish to switch to invoice payment. For corporate customers that have less than 100 devices/products we offer 12 months advance payment against an invoice. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and they will help you further.
If you are a private individual we currently don't have any options to offer any payments by invoice.
We reserve the right to obtain customary credit information on all customers with whom we initiate an invoicing relationship with, without notice, both private customers and legal entities.
Terminations for companies
When you as a corporate customer pay monthly for your product via an invoice, it is not possible to cancel the data plan through our web service. You therefore need to email your termination to email@example.com when you no longer want to use the service.
