Once you've charged the device's battery and activated a data plan, you will need to create an account in the SweTrack Live app.
What is SweTrack Live?
SweTrack Live is our mobile app and web app, which is used to show the position of the GPS tracker. In SweTrack Live, you can also create geofences and view location history from your GPS tracker.
How do I create an account and install SweTrack Live?
On your mobile, you do this by first searching for and downloading the SweTrack Live app from either the AppStore or Google Play. If you have an android phone, use Google Play. If you have an iPhone instead, use the AppStore.
To create an account, click on the 'Sign Up' button at the bottom of the login screen in SweTrack Live. Then, enter your email address, choose a password, and select a username. Finally, enter the IMEI number of your SweTrack device. You can find it on the box or on the product itself. Either manually enter the IMEI number or press the camera icon and point your phone's camera at the QR code on the bottom of the product's box.
You can also create an account and register your new device on a computer. Go to www.swetrack.com/live and click on 'Register'. Enter your email address, choose a password, and select a username. Finally, enter the IMEI number of your SweTrack device. You can find it on the box or on the product itself. Once you're done, click on 'Create Account' and log in with your new credentials.
