In SweTrack Live you will notice that there are two different terms that are both followed by date and time. These are last connected and last position.
These terms mean different things. When viewing your device, either on the map page or under My Devices, you will see the date and time when the device was last connected. This means the last time the device had contact with our database/app. It is the above that determines if the device is seen as online/active.
You can only see the latest position time by tapping on a specific device on the map page. The term explains when the device last had contact with the GPS satellites and updated its position. It is thus possible for the device to be active/online and not have updated its position as the GPS tracker can sometimes have difficulty getting in contact with the GPS satellites.
