Get receipts sent to your email

For those who have a registered company, you can choose to have receipts sent automatically to a specified email every month. You can also choose receipt language. 

 

SweTrack Live for mobile

  1. Open the sidebar menu (the icon with three horizontal lines). 
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Press Billing. 
  4. Press the edit button (⋮) next to 'VAT-number' and enter your company's VAT-number and then the country the company is registered in. 
  5. Press Save VAT-number. 
  6. Press the edit button (⋮) next to "'Email" and enter the email address to which the receipts should be sent.

If you want to change the receipt language, press the edit button next to "Receipt language". 

 

SweTrack Live for web browser

  1. Log in to your SweTrack Live account at www.swetrack.com/live.
  2. Click Settings in the side menu (the cogwheel icon).
  3. Click on Billing. 
  4. Click the edit button (⋮) next to "'VAT-number' and enter your company's VAT-number and then the country the company is registered in. 
  5. Click Save VAT-number. 
  6. Click the edit button (⋮) next to "'Email" and enter the email address to which the receipts should be sent.

If you want to change the receipt language, click the edit button next to "Receipt language".
