In certain cases, you may get an email saying that we were unable to process your payment.
This email is automatically sent out by Stripe, our payment gateway provider. A charge may fail for any number of reasons, the most common being that your bank declined the charge. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account and that your card is open for internet purchases.
If your credit card has expired, please update your payment details by first cancelling your data plan and then signing up for a new one. Read more in detail here: How do I change payment/credit card?.
The system will automatically retry the charge after 24 hours unless you cancel the data plan as described above.
