Your MaxiTracker contains a high-performance battery with a full 6000 mAh capacity, so you can use your device as much as possible between charging times. It is possible to adjust the settings of the device to extend the battery life. This article explains what settings are available and how to choose which settings you want to use.
Aggressive power saving mode
To extend the battery life, you can activate something called Aggressive Power Saving mode. This mode enables the device to disconnect from the network and turn off the mobile antennas when the device is stationary, thus not sending its location anymore. The disadvantage of this is that you can not change the power saving settings when the device is stationary, and it also means that our ability to troubleshoot the device is limited as we can not come into contact with the device when it is stationary. However, the device can be awakened from the power saving mode at any time by physically shaking the product, or alternatively waiting for the device to be set in motion so it wakes up.
No power saving mode
It is possible to switch off the power saving mode. When the power saving mode is turned off, the device will constantly search for, and upload location data every two minutes, regardless of whether it is in motion or not. This mode consumes a lot of battery.

Important to note about Power Saving mode:
