If you want to change your devices' power saving mode, i.e., to save energy when they do not detect motion, you can easily do this in SweTrack Live. In the following article we will walk you through the steps for SweTrack Live for mobile and SweTrack Live for browsers.
SweTrack Live for mobile:
Start by first navigating to My Devices that you reach by tapping the icon on the far left in the lower navigation menu.
Here you get a list of all the devices that you have added to your account.
If you place your finger over the device name and swipe to the left, you will see different options.
Remove your device by pressing on the red trashcan. Your device will then be deleted after you’ve confirmed your choice.
If you tap the pin icon instead, you will see where your current device is on the map.
If you tap the device name directly without swiping or tap the arrow icon to the right of the device name, you will open the device settings.
By pressing Power Saving Mode, you open a pop-up with different options for Power Saving modes. The switch that is activated will be marked blue.
Aggressive power saving mode means that the device "sleeps" when it no longer detects any movement. This means that the device stops sending data to the server and that everything on the circuit board shuts down, which means that it draws less power but can take longer to jump back on again when it detects movement.
Power Saving Mode Off means that the device never enters sleep mode and is constantly active. This drains the external and internal battery more but allows the device to constantly send data to the server.
Select an option by tapping the corresponding switch and then save by clicking on Save.
SweTrack Live for browsers:
