If you want to filter which alarms you want to appear in your list, you can easily do this in SweTrack Live. This can be useful if you have a lot of devices that report many different types of alarms. The following article describes how you filter alarms on SweTrack Live, for both mobile and web browsers.
SweTrack Live for mobile:
Start by first navigating to My alarms that you reach by tapping the second icon from the left in the lower navigation menu.
If you have no reported alarms, you will be greeted by a blank page explaining that no alarms have been registered.
Once alarms have been reported from your device/devices, they appear in a list. The number of alarms that appear in the list is based on the notification settings you have chosen to activate or deactivate. Read more under Notification settings.
To filter alarms, start by tapping the icon to the right of My Alarms that looks like a triangle.
You will now see a pop-up box with a number of options that determine which alarms should be displayed in the list. To select an option, press the corresponding button. When an option is selected, the button will have a blue frame.
Below is an explanation of all filter options:
- Connected - Displays alarms that report that the device has been connected.
- Disconnected - Displays alarm that reports that the device has been disconnected
- Geofence Enter - Displays alarm that reports that the device has entered a defined geofence area.
- Geofence Exit - Displays alarms that report that the device has left a defined geofence area.
- Ignition ON - Displays alarms that report that the ignition has been turned on. Note that this filter can only be selected if you have a device/devices that are of the model SweTrack Lite, SweTrack Plus or MultiTracker. If you do not have any of these products registered on your account, you will receive a message explaining that this filter cannot be selected.
- Ignition OFF - Displays an alarm that reports that the ignition has been turned off. Note that this filter can only be selected if you have a device/devices that are of the model SweTrack Lite, SweTrack Plus or MultiTracker. If you do not have any of these products registered on your account, you will receive a message explaining that this filter cannot be selected.
- Overspeeding Alert - Displays alarms that have reported that the given speed limit has been exceeded.
- Vibration - Displays alarms that report that the device has detected a vibration.
- Deleted - Displays alarms that are reported when the device has been manually moved from its surface. Note that this filter can only be selected if you have a device /devices that are of the model MaxiTracker. If you do not have this product registered on your account, you will receive a message explaining that this filter cannot be selected.
- Low Battery - Displays alarms that report that the battery level of the device is low.
- Power cut - Displays alarms that report that the power to the device has been cut off. Note that this filter and alarm is not the same as the power switch function available for SweTrack Plus. If that function is used, this alarm will not be visible.
This alarm only shows when the power has been interrupted externally by someone else. Note that this filter can only be selected if you have a device/devices that are of the model SweTrack Lite, SweTrack Plus or MultiTracker. If you do not have any of these products registered on your account, you will receive a message explaining that this filter cannot be selected.
You can also filter your alarms based on a selected date and time range.
To do this follow the following steps:
- Start by pressing the arrow to the right of Start date.
- Select the date by tapping the date in the calendar. After selecting the date, confirm the date by pressing Confirm date.
- Then press the arrow to the right of Start time.
- Select time in the list by swiping up and down between options. After selecting the time, confirm the time by pressing Confirm time.
- Then tap the arrow to the right of the End date.
- Select the date by tapping the date in the calendar. After selecting the date, confirm the date by pressing Confirm date.
- Then press the arrow to the right of the End time.
- Select time in the list by swiping up and down between options. After selecting the time, confirm the time by pressing Confirm time.
- If you want to delete your choices, you can press Delete selection.
- You can finally filter based on which device that has triggered the alarm. To do this, press Select device.
- You will now get a list of all your devices. To select one or more devices, tap the gray bar to the right of the device name. The toggle will then go from gray to blue and is now selected.
- Once you have selected your devices, you can tap on the X in the upper right corner to minimize the list.
- To finalize all your choices and filter the alarms, tap on Fetch alarms. Your list of alarms will then only show the alarms that follow the criterias you have set.
SweTrack Live for browsers:
Start by first navigating to the Alarm that you reach by clicking on the third option in the menu on the left.
If you have no reported alarms, you will be greeted by a blank page explaining that no alarms have been registered.
Once alarms have been reported from your device/devices, they appear in a list. The number of alarms that appear in the list is based on the notification settings you have chosen to activate or deactivate. Note that alarm notifications can only be sent to your mobile and not to your computer. Read more under Notification settings.

- Select the date by clicking on the date in the calendar. After selecting the date, confirm the date by pressing Confirm.
- Then click on the right of end time.
- Select time in the list enter the time in the time field. After selecting the time, confirm the time by pressing Confirm.
- You can finally filter based on which device has triggered the alarm. To do this, click Select device.
- You will now see a list of all your devices. To select one or more devices, tap the gray bar to the right of the device name. The toggle will then go from gray to blue and is now selected.
- Once you have selected your devices, you can click CONFIRM to take down the list.
- To finalize all your choices and filter the alarms, tap on Fetch alarms. Your list of alarms will then only show the alarms that follow the criterias you have set.
