At SweTrack Support Center you can get information about how all of our products and services work and function. The Wiki consists of over 200 articles and it can thus be difficult to find exactly the information that answers your question. Therefore, the following guide will go through how to navigate the support center and what features are available that can make the process easier.
How to reach SweTrack Support Center
When you first enter the support center, you will be met by several primary categories that are based on products or areas of interest. The categories to choose from are the following:
- SweTrack Lite
- SweTrack Plus
- SweTrack Live for Apple Watch
- Data plan & payments
To proceed, click on the category that is relevant to you.
In the upper right corner there are two options: Submit a request and Sign in.
If you do not find what you are looking for in the support center, you can click on Submit a request to come to a form where you can write a support ticket that is handled by our support staff.
The option to Sign in is only for the employees of SweTrack's support staff and is not the same as signing in to your account on SweTrack Live. So disregard this option.
If you want to change the language, you can do this by clicking on Svenska (or the corresponding language) in the bottom right corner and then selecting the language of your choice. All categories and articles will then be displayed in that specific language.
To make it easier to find the article that answers your specific question, there is a search function in the support center.
On the start page, you can access it through the search field located above the categories.
On the category pages, you can access it through the search bar located in the top right corner.
Click on the search field, enter a question or keyword and then click enter to get to the results page.
The results page will show articles that match the keyword you searched for. The search function works in the way that it will show the most relevant articles at the top of the list. This is based on whether the title contains the keyword you have searched for and whether your keyword appears in the body of any of the articles. Click on the article that is most relevant to you or search again by clicking on the search box.
You can also filter the articles in the search results according to which category the article is assigned. To do this click on one of the categories on the left hand side.
Once you have clicked on a category on the start page, you will come to an overview of all articles assigned to that category. Here are all the articles divided into sections like Getting Started, SweTrack Live and Troubleshooting. This makes it easier to find relevant articles that answer your specific question.
When you click on an article and it either does not answer your question or you want to read more, you can find more articles of the same section to the left of the article.
Furthermore, you will find related articles and recently viewed articles located under the article.
