If you have forgotten your password, you can reset the password with the recovery function in the mobile app and web app.
Requesting a password reset via SweTrack Live for mobile and browser
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking/tapping on Forgotten password on the SweTrack Live login screen. You will then be able to enter your email address and then click send. Then go to your email inbox and click the link that was sent.
How do I get my new password?
The new password is automatically sent to your email address immediately after you press the button Reset. The sender will be email@example.com. Above you see an example of what the message might look like. If you do not see the message in your inbox, check the Spam folder in your email service.
Always use the automatic recovery service in the first place
We receive large amounts of requests for forgotten passwords, even though it is possible to reset the password yourself via SweTrack Live as above. We therefore ask you to primarily reset the password yourself and only contact us if this for some reason does not succeed. In order for us to be able to perform a manual reset of your password, you must email us from the same email address that is linked to the account.
