Important information about deleting devices
When you delete a device from your account, all data associated with the device disappears. This includes, among other things, position history and troubleshooting data. We therefore ask you to never delete a device that does not work properly as this means that our ability to review log files for troubleshooting purposes disappears. Contact us instead if your product does not work properly. The delete function should only be used when a device, for example, has been discarded or changes owners.
