This article explains how to navigate the map and determine the position of the device in SweTrack Live. The explanation is based on both SweTrack Live for mobile and SweTrack Live for browsers.

Once you have created an account in SweTrack Live , you can log in with that account in the mobile app, alternatively on our web platform that you access by clicking here or by entering the address live.swetrack.com in the browser's address field.
Note that you can only have one account per product, but the same account can be logged in to several browsers or mobile devices at the same time.
SweTrack Live for mobile:
When you first launch the mobile app, a map will appear showing all of your SweTrack devices' most recently reported location. The position of the devices are indicated by a symbol on the map. If the symbol is in color, the device is active, if it is gray, it means that the device is inactive.
Note that devices manufactured after April 2019 have a power saving mode which means that they are only active when the vehicle is moving, older products are always active. If you have a newly installed product that is manufactured after April 2019, this may mean that the product is not displayed in the app until a movement has been noted. Read more about the power saving mode by clicking here.
To get a list of your specific devices, tap on Choose vehicle. You will then see a list of all the devices you have. Information displayed here is the name of the device, whether it’s online or offline, and information on the right side of the device name, stating when it was last connected.
If you tap a device on the list, the map will focus on that specific device. You can also focus on a device by tapping its icon directly on the map. If you then press View more specific info in the white text box, you will be able to see more detailed information about the device. This information includes the date and time of the last registered position, date and time for when the device was last connected to the app, the coordinates of the position and the speed at which the unit was traveling in. By pressing Click here to calculate the address , you can see the approximate address of your vehicle.
