In order for you to be able to keep track of where your SweTrack product is located, you need to have access to our SweTrack Live application for either mobile or computer. You can do this with ease by following the steps below.
SweTrack Live for mobile:
Start by downloading the application for either iOS or Android.
For iOS, you can find it via the AppStore by either searching on SweTrack Live or going to the following link: https://apps.apple.com/se/app/swetrack-live/id1179391248?l=en
For Android, you can find it via Google Play by either searching for SweTrack Live or going to the following link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.smobile.swetrack2&hl=en&gl=US
After installing and launching the application you will first see an animation and then be faced with two options: Login or Sign up. If you do not already have an account on SweTrack Live, select the option to sign up. If you already have an account on SweTrack, select the option to log in. 
Create a new account:
By pressing Sign up, you will now be able to fill in information for the new account. Start by choosing the name you want on your account. This can either be your own name or a company name in the case of a company account.
Then select an email address to which the account and all devices on that account should be linked to. Once you have entered an email address, you will need to confirm the address again to ensure that they both match. If they do not match, an error message with an X after the email address will appear. If they correspond, there will instead be a check mark after the email address.
Then choose a password for your account. Remember to have an unique password that you do not use on other accounts to guard against any intrusion on other websites. Once you have entered the password, you will have to confirm the password again. If they do not match, you will be met by an X, if they correspond, you will instead see a check mark.
The next step is to register your SweTrack product's IMEI number, which you will find on the product's box or on the product itself. To register, you can choose between two methods: either by entering the device's IMEI number by clicking on TEXT or by pressing on SCANNER which opens the mobile phone's camera and then you can scan the QR code on the box.
If you have several devices that you want to register, you do this by pressing on: More than 1 device? Click here. You will then be able to add additional SweTrack products through any of the methods above.
To complete the registration, press Create Account. You will then need to approve our terms of use and privacy policy to proceed. To do this, press ACCEPT and then press Create Account again.
Log in:
Once you have pressed on Log in, you will first have to enter your email address that you provided when you first signed up.
Then enter the password you provided when you first signed up.
Then log in by pressing Log in. If the email address and password match, you will be logged in. If they do not match, an error message will appear.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by pressing Forgot password. You will then be able to enter your email address and then press send. Continue by going to your email inbox and follow the instructions in the email that was sent.
You are now logged in to SweTrack Live for mobile. The first page you will encounter is the map page and an overview of your device’s positions on the map that is represented by various pin icons.
SweTrack Live for browser:
SweTrack Live is also available as a web application that can be accessed via the browser, preferably from a computer. You can access the web application by either going to the following link: https://swetrack.com/weblive/login.html or navigating to our website www.swetrack.com and then clicking on Web application a little further down the page.
When you enter the page, you will first see an animation and then be met by the option to Log in through an existing account on SweTrack Live or Sign up to create a new account. If you do not already have an account on SweTrack Live, select the option to sign up. If you already have an account on SweTrack Live, enter your login details.
Create a new account:
By clicking on Sign up, you will now be able to fill in your information for the new account. Start by choosing the name you want on your account. This can either be your own name or a company name in the case of a company account.

The next step is to register your SweTrack product's IMEI number, which you will find on the product's box or on the product itself. To register, enter the device's IMEI number in the number field named IMEI.
To proceed with the process, you must accept our terms of use and privacy policy. You do this by clicking on the link: Terms of use . You will then be able to see the terms in a pop-up box. Accept by clicking ACCEPT. The check box next to the terms of use will now be checked.
To complete the registration, click on Sign up. You will then return to the login page. Enter your new information and then click Login.
Log in:
Start by entering your email address that you provided when you first signed up.
Then enter the password you provided when you first signed up.
Then log in by clicking on Log in. If the email address and password match, you will be logged in. If they do not match, an error message will appear.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on Forgotten password. You will then be able to enter your email address and then click send. Then go to your email inbox and click the link that was sent.
You will now have to enter your email address and then your new password twice. Then click Accept and log in with the new information.
