With SweTrack Live, you can access your account settings where you can change your username, your password, log out of your account, or log out from all devices that are logged in to your account and delete your account. The article below explains how to proceed, both for mobile and browser.
SweTrack Live for mobile
Start by navigating to the Control Panel which you reach by tapping the icon at the far right in the lower navigation menu.
Then tap Account.
This opens up your account settings. Here you have the option to change email address, password, name/company name, delete your account or log out of your device/all devices.

Change email address:
To change the email address that is linked to your account (i.e your username), tap Change email.
You will then get a pop-up where you can enter your new email address in the first text field and then confirm the address again in the second text field.
To confirm the new email, tap OK. If you want to close down the popup without saving, you can press Cancel to return to the account settings. Tap on Save to complete the changes.
Change password:
To change the password for your account, tap Change password.
You will then get a pop-up where you can enter your new password in the first text field and then confirm the password again in the second text field.
Press OK to confirm the changes. If you change your mind, you can press Cancel to return to the account settings. Tap Save to complete the changes.
Change name / company name:
To change which name/company name should be stated as the owner of the account, tap Rename.
You will then get a pop-up where you can enter the new name in the text field.
Press OK to confirm the changes. If you change your mind, you can press Cancel to return to the account settings. Tap Save to complete the changes.
Delete account:
Tap the Delete account option to delete your account. A popup box will then show up indicating that before you can delete your account, you must first remove all devices registered on your account and cancel all active data plans. Read the article Edit a device and delete a device and Cancel a data plan for more information on how to do this.
Press Delete to continue the process.
If you still have devices on your account, you will receive an error message informing you of this.
If you have removed all your devices from your account, you will receive a popup box in which you must confirm that you have read the information that all location history and personal data linked to your account will be removed from our servers. Do this by tapping on Delete. You will then receive a confirmation that your account has been deleted.
Log out of the account / Log out of all devices
If you want to log out of your account, press Log out.
You will then get to choose between two options:
- Log out of the device you are currently using.
- Log out of all devices that are logged in to your account.
Select options by clicking one of the blue radiobox. It will then be filled in blue.
After clicking the blue radiobox you will be logged out from your account.
SweTrack Live for browsers
For SweTrack Live which can be accessed via a web browser, you can access your account settings in two ways.
Either by first clicking on Control Panel which is the last option in the menu on the left and then clicking on Account Settings.
Or click on the symbol that looks like a stick figure, in the top right corner of any page and then on Account Settings.
Under account settings, you get the option to change email address, password, name/company name, delete your account or log out from your device/all devices.
Change email address:
To change the email address that is linked to your account (your username), click on Change.
You will then get a pop-up where you can enter your new email address in the first text field and then confirm the address again in the second text field.
Save the changes by pressing Accept. If you change your mind, you can press X in the right corner to return to account settings without saving.
Change password:
To change the password for your account, click on Change.
You will then get a pop-up where you can enter your new password in the first text field and then confirm the password again in the second text field.
Save the changes by pressing Accept. If you change your mind, you can click on the X in the upper right corner to return to account settings without saving.
Change name / company name:
To change which name/company name that states who is the owner of the account, click on Change.
You will then get a pop-up where you can enter your new name in the text field.
Save the changes by pressing Accept. If you change your mind, you can press X in the right corner to return to account settings without saving.
Delete account:
Tap the Delete account option to delete your account. A popup box will then show up explaining that before you can delete your account, you must first remove all devices registered to the account and cancel all data plans that the devices have. Read the article Edit a device and delete a device and Cancel a data plan for more information on how to do this.
To continue the process, you must first confirm that you have read the information that states that all location history and personal data will be removed from our servers. Do this by clicking on the circle.
Finally, delete your account by clicking on Delete. You will then receive a confirmation that your account has been deleted.
If you still have devices in your account, you will receive an error message informing you of this. Remove the devices and follow the instructions again.
Log out of the account/Log out of all devices
If you want to log out of your account, tap Log out of device / all devices.
You will then be logged out of your account on all devices that were currently logged in to your account.
